Deacons first came on the scene in Acts as the early church leaders began to see that there were people who were being overlooked in the congregation and needed care. At Christ Presbyterian we have elected officers who lead in caring for our church and these men are supported and helped by many who minister through Fellowship Groups, Women's, Men's and Youth ministries.
If you are in need of care, Christ Presbyterian offers the following avenues of care:
For emergency pastoral care needs during regular business hours, call 770-212-0110 and your message will be given to the pastor or elder on call.
Examples of emergencies include death, illness (including hospital visit requests), marital crises, domestic violence, child abuse or other personal crises.
Take the opportunity to join one of our Fellowship groups, where you can find people who will pray with you and help you answer your questions.
Come and talk to any of our elders or pastors following our Sunday service.
Please contact our deaconate who will help you address these needs.
Please call one of our pastoral staff who will either schedule a meeting with you or direct you to an appropriate Christian counselor to meet your needs.
Please send us your prayers requests by filling out our form on the contact page.
