When we consider impacting our culture for Christ we remember that God has promised to be our God and the God of our Children. This covenant promise was fulfilled and expanded as the gospel message was proclaimed to the whole world in Acts.

While we understand that many people in our culture choose to have not family, we all join together as part of the body of Christ, to commit to sharing in the care and teaching of our children.

Deuteronomy 11 teaches us that we live out the truths of the gospel before younger generations as we rise and sleep, as we work and play, in all of life.

 

Deut. 11:19 You shall teach them to your children, talking of them when you are sitting in your house, and when you are walking by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
